Camera footage you can actually use.
HD and 4K camera systems designed and installed for businesses and public agencies across Southwest Oregon. Recorded on site, viewable from anywhere and yours to run.
Installed by us. Run by you. Footage stays on equipment at your location, and the feeds and alerts come straight to your phone. No monitoring contract involved.
A camera system is judged on the one clip you need.
The number of cameras rarely decides whether footage is useful. The job each one is given does. A camera watching the whole lot cannot also read a face at the door, so every position is planned for the question it needs to answer.
Detect
Is anyone there?
Wide views of lots, yards and perimeters.
Observe
What is happening?
Activity across a lobby, floor or loading area.
Recognize
Is that someone we know?
Hallways, counters and staff entrances.
Identify
Who is that, exactly?
Front doors, gates and points of sale.
Detail levels follow the detect, observe, recognize and identify guidance in IEC 62676-4, the international standard for video surveillance design.
Recorded on site. Viewable from anywhere.
Recordings stay on the recorder at your location, with no cloud storage involved. Remote viewing is an encrypted connection back to that local system, not a copy of your footage kept somewhere else. Cameras run on their own segment of the network, so video never competes with the business systems or becomes a way into them.
Every camera also needs a cable run and a switch that can power it. We handle the cabling and, on larger grounds, the wireless links behind the cameras, so one team installs the whole path.
No licensing fees. No subscriptions.
Recording and AI detection run on local hardware, so there are no cloud fees, per-camera licenses or paid AI add-ons, whether you run four cameras or four hundred.
Answer the question from wherever you are.
When a delivery goes missing or a door is found unlocked, the answer should take a minute on your phone, not an afternoon of scrubbing through recordings at the office.
Built on UniFi Protect. The same UniFi platform behind our wireless and network installs, so cameras, access points and switches run on one platform.
HD and 4K cameras
Resolution chosen per position for the job it has to do, indoors and out.
AI-powered detection
Person and vehicle detection, with face and license plate recognition on AI and G6 series cameras. Search goes straight to what matters.
Mobile and web access
Live view and playback from the UniFi Protect app or Site Manager on the web, with access limited to the people you choose.
Detection and privacy zones
Zones set on site so a busy road or swaying tree does not fill your phone, and privacy zones black out anything that should not be recorded.
Status alerts, to you
Your system tells you when a camera goes offline or a recorder drive starts to fail, so you find out before you need the footage.
Built to be added to
New cameras and new locations join the same system with no per-camera licensing, from one storefront to a multi-site operation.
Different places, different reasons to record.
A hotel lobby and a loading dock need very different coverage. The positions below are where most systems start, and the site walk is where yours gets decided.
Hospitality and retail
Guests and customers covered without placing a lens anywhere they expect privacy, and privacy zones black out anything that should never be recorded.

Offices, clinics, shops and nonprofits all start the same way: a walk of the site and a plan for what each camera needs to see.
See every industry we support →Do you monitor our cameras?
No. We are not a monitoring company or an alarm service. We design and install the system, then hand it over: you watch the feeds, receive the alerts and own the footage. If a camera goes offline or stops working, give us a call. Managed IT clients can lean on us for troubleshooting, software updates and replacement part installs.
How long is footage kept?
That depends on the number of cameras, their resolution, the recording settings and the storage installed. We size storage during design around how far back you need to look, and UniFi’s Enhanced Retention mode can keep recent footage at full quality while stretching older footage across months.
Will it alert us every time a car drives by?
Not if it is set up properly. Detection zones and exclusion zones tuned on site filter out busy roads, foliage and reflections, so alerts go to the people and vehicles that matter.
Can we keep the cameras we already have?
Often, yes. UniFi Protect supports many ONVIF-compatible third-party cameras, so existing cameras can join the same system and be replaced over time rather than all at once. The site walk tells you which ones are worth keeping.
Are cameras a cybersecurity risk?
Any network device can be if it is left on default passwords and never updated. We install cameras on their own network segment, apart from your business systems. After that, keeping firmware current is part of owning any network device, and UniFi Protect handles updates from the app. More on our cybersecurity services.
Is our footage stored in the cloud?
No. Recordings are stored on the recorder at your location. Remote viewing through the UniFi Protect app or Site Manager is an encrypted connection back to that local system, so your footage is not kept on someone else’s servers.

The front door, the loading dock, the far end of the lot. A free assessment tells you what coverage would take and what it would involve, whether or not you hire us.
